I feel like I have little control over the current state of my life. The past few weeks my sleep schedule has been all over the place and despite me trying to fix it I still wake up with only 3 to 4 hours of sleep which makes me fall asleep again during the day, making me feel like I wasted the whole day. I’ve defined gained some weight lately and it’s really getting me down since I used to be extremely overweight and feel like I’m almost back where I started and just don’t feel confident in my body. Idk, hopefully I can get back on track soon.
